To add, simply remove the sticker from the rear top of the handset and "plug" the motor in, and replace the sticker. NO SOLDERING is required. After placing the sticker back on you will need to enable the vibrate option with RSS software ( call your local Nextel dealer) or you can use Motorola's Companion Pro Software
