Simply unscrew your existing antenna and screw in our adapter in its place. This adapter doubles as a high performance antenna designed to replace the original phone antenna. It has a hole in the top, allowing you to plug the "included" adapter cable into the center of the antenna. There is nothing to screw in, just plug in other end of cable and you are connected to your Nextel external antenna !
