manufactures who want us to sell their products. You would be

Our orders are shipped from the USA, not CHINA like many

of FAST delivery and hassle free returns. We were the first

Shipping Policy
We
Ship only to the USA and Canada. If your order is over
$1000 and you are NOT in the USA or Cananda please contact
us.
Orders of
$39 or more are eligible for Free shipping via USPS
First Class Mail. FREE shipping is only for orders
shipped to the United Sates, except Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note that for an additional charge, customers may
UPGRADE the shipping of their package to any one of the
methods described below as well as add insurance. Please
read the full description of our shipping methods below.

Merchandise
Returns:
Merchandise returns within 10 days of merchandise receipt qualifies
for a full refund less shipping fees. Merchandise MUST be returned
at the customers expense, in NEW condition, and with all packaging
material and manuals.
Merchandise returned within 11 – 30 days is subject to a restocking
fee of 30% or $5, which ever is greater, and MUST be returned at
the customers expense, in NEW condition, and with all packaging
material and manuals.
Merchandise returns within 30 days, that are missing packaging
material or documentation, but are otherwise deemed by us to be in
new condition are subject to a 50% restocking fee or $5 , which
ever is greater.
Merchandise that is NOT in NEW condition WILL NOT be accepted.
Customer agrees to abide by our opinion of the condition of the
merchandise.
All sales are final after 30 days.
Shipping Discrepancies:
Customer must report any discrepancies within
48 hours after receipt of shipment. CPR will not be responsible for
any discrepancies reported after this time.
Limited Warranty:
Unless otherwise specified, all products have
a 1 year conditional warranty limited to defects in material and
workmanship. CPR will repair or replace, at our option, any product
found to be defective. This warranty does not cover products damaged
through misuse, abuse, improper installation, alteration or repair.
The customer agrees that no other recourse (including but not
limited to, incidental or consequential damage, lost profits, sales,
or injury to property or to person on any consequential loss) shall
be available to the customer.
Items for warranty repair or replacement MUST be returned to CPR
Technology at the customer's expense. Once these are received they
will be immediately examined.
All warranty repairs or replacements will be returned to the customer via ground
service at our expense.
